Formal scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in a separate written agreement between you and ZendTech.

4. Inquiries & proposals

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a client relationship. We may decline or refer any inquiry. Any proposal we send is valid only for the period stated (or 14 days if none is stated), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, the website design, copy, branding, and materials on this site are owned by ZendTech or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Client project work: ownership of custom code, workflows, and deliverables is governed by the signed project contract. Portfolio case studies may describe work we built; trademarks of third-party products remain with their owners.

6. Third-party tools & links

We build systems that integrate with third-party platforms (for example n8n, OpenAI, Stripe, CRMs, and APIs). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZendTech disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the site content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZendTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to paid project work is limited as set out in the applicable client agreement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ZendTech against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
